**Sales/Admin Assistant, Location: Manchester City centre

Skills / Experience required: Minimum 2yrs customer service and sales experience. Must be computer literate and able to use Excel and Outlook. Excellent communication skills. Professional telephone manner. Ability to prioritise own workload whilst meeting and exceeding strict often tight deadlines. Ability to adapt quickly to this fast paced environment. Team player but with the ability to use own initiative. Ability to liaise with people at all levels of seniority. Excellent attention to detail. Focused and enthusiastic. Confident and adaptable

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager your main responsibilities will include: Making daily/weekly reports. Deal with feedback and quality monitoring. Facilitate any printing, promotional and other marketing material as and when required. Raising orders, managing invoicing and tracking payments is integral to the role. Deal with any queries relating to payments and customer complaints. Chasing up outstanding invoices. Meeting & greeting clients. Wage dependant on experience. Working hours are Monday – Friday 9.00am – 6.00pm, and you will be required to work Sundays 10.00am – 3pm.

**International (European) Sales

Glamorous is one of the UK best selling ladies fast fashion brand which is raidly growing at a phenominal rate. We are currently looking to recruit a Sales persons with experience dealing with european accounts to promote and expand our brand/s further.
This is a unique opportunity for someone to: Look after existing multi’s and independents. Grow brand awareness through existing accounts and new suitable accounts.
Candidates must have the following: Previous experience dealing with European accounts. Strong commercial awareness. An ability to work well under pressure. Excellent communication skills. A self-motivated and driven individual. Successful applicants must have a full clean driver license.


 

**Garment Technologist / QC Assistant, Location: Manchester City centre

Skills / Experience required:  To attend customer fit sessions. Interpreting Garment test rreports and final Inspection reports. Knowledge of working industry procedures and best practices. Possess strong market awareness and knowledge of testing requirements. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to meet tight deadlines. Must be methodical, organised and have the right attitude.

**E-Commerce Assistant, Location: Manchester City centre

Skills / Experience required: looking for an experienced E-Commerce Assistant to help organise and push their products online, put in place the right promotions and make sure the website is performing consistently. The successful candidate will join their progressive Online team, will have strong fashion background and product knowledge and sensibility, ideally Ladieswear. 

Online trading experience is a must as the creative and strategic vision of the department will be of their responsibility. An advance knowledege in photoshop and illustrator is a must also. Social media experience is highly looked at as will need to be utilised as part of this role.
Wage dependant on experience. Working hours are Monday – Friday 9.00am – 6.00pm
