We Promise To Refund Any Items That You Are Not Completely Happy With When You Return It To Us In Saleable Condition By Post Within 14 Days Of Receipt. Please Provide Back To Us The Original Invoice Supplied To You So We Have A Record Of Your Name And Your Order Number, Provide Us with The Correct Information eg. Returning Goods If Unsuitable, Returning Goods For Refund. The More Information You Provde The Easier The Transaction And Any Feedback Is Greatly Appreicated. Refunds Will Be Credited To Your Original Method Of Payment.

Please Allow 14 Working Days From The Day The Parcel Is Posted For Your Refund To Be Processed. Refunds Can Take Up To 3-10 Business Days From Day Of Process To Appear Back Into Your Account.

Please Remember To Ask Your Post Office For A Proof Of Posting Certificate And Keep It Safe For Your Reference. Without This, We Cannot Refund Any Money If We Do Not Receive Your Parcel.
